My names is Tim Sippel, I’m a marine scientist based in Portland, Oregon. I was born and grew up in the US midwest, where I lived until completing my undergraduate education, before I set off to experience more of the USA, then overseas, and then back to the US West Coast. I’ve always been curious about Planet Earth and particulary marine science, which lead me to spread my wings and explore interests and opportunities in the USA and overseas. My passions are science and mentorship, and blending the two together inspire and motivate me.
